90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, grown on Atlas Peak, co-fermented in oak, and aged in 66% new barrels for 30 months. This is a full, opulent, big, inviting, and very smooth wine, full of aromas of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry, and black plum, violets, chocolate, coffee, cassis, and black pepper, with an oaky tannic grip. This is a tiny passion project from (literal) rocket scientist Steve Jennings.
