Syrah growing in granite hillside vineyards of the Northern Rhone. Destemmed, 2/3rd new French oak aged (but you wouldn't know it by tasting). Mr Chatagnier worked under Jamet and Villard before doing his own thing in 2002. Falls into the "elegant" category of N. Rhone Syrah. Red/blue fruits, dried violets, plums, raw beef filet, lavender, iron. Decant & enjoy anytime. 100 cases.
