AT Roca Reserva Brut Nature Sparkling Penedes 2018

Made from the classic Cava varieties 50% Macabeu, 30% Xarel-lo, and 20% Parellada in a not so classic Brut Nature style with zero dosage.  Sourced from the original Cava region of Penedès, it spends extra time on the lees and it’s made solely from the 2018 vintage.  The grapes carry enough weight to support the bone-dry green apple and citrus. The 20 months sur-lie adds tart lemon pastry notes, weight and zesty kumquat flavors.
