Artadi Garnacha Blanca Navarra 2014

White Garnacha from Navarra in northern Spain which sees 6 months on the lees followed by some bottle ageing to create an engaging combination of freshness, weight, and maturity. The nose greets you with wild white flowers, candlewax, peach, and white pepper before going into a palate with a nutty, grainy texture and a lightly spicy finish. Some cooling influence from the Atlantic keeps the acidity lively and fresh. We want this with paella.
