Arnot Roberts Trousseau Noir North Coast 2016

Trousseau grape is of Savoie, French Alps origin. This is mostly "Luchsinger Vineyard" Lake County fruit with a little cool climate Sonoma Trousseau included. Translucent ruby-red color. Light tea, cola and fresh violets complement the raspberry, wild strawberry and red currant smells and flavors. Pretty and ethereal like good Pinot Noir but with more texture than most.
