From Luschinger Vineyard in Clear Lake, Lake County, and planted at over 400m/1300ft elevation, this unusual, serious rosé is made from the great Portuguese grape Touriga Nacional. In the Portuguese tradition, whole clusters are trodden before receiving 24 hours of skin contact. Fermentation is with native yeast, without any MLF. Full of delicious wild cherry, Mandarin orange, Indian spice, pink rose, and violet aromas.
