“LES PERRIERES”
The Lambert Family has been fortunate enough to hold exceptional land parcels in the Loire, with tuffeau limestone being prominent in most of the locations. Aged in neutral oak only and finished in stainless steel, the fruit is crisp with sweet lime and soft lemon, with additional exotic spice. Due to the extremely cool climate, there is none of the tropical Chenin qualities or the fatness of the grape. Official acidity is 2.95-3.05.
