Arnaud Lambert “David” Saumur Blanc 2021

The wines of Arnaud Lambert have so much going for them, including familial experience from his father Yves and the acquisition of multiple clos monopole vineyards of Brézé. The exceptional Clos David is sandy soil on top of the famous tuffeau limestone which is detectable on the palate. A slight honeyed color indicates concentration and mixed barrel aging with an extreme freshness of chervil, chamomile, lime zest, lemon curd and more minerality.
