A tiny production of only 23 cases (1 barrel) is all that there is to go around. The fruit is sourced from Fort Ross-Seaview and sites west of Sebastopol. The wine spends 11 months in oak (50% new) with the barrel lending savory oak notes, followed by mushroom, forest floor, raspberry, strawberry and toothy tannins from the cool climate. A fine balance of the red fruits, earth and a soft velvety texture that make Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir world-class.
