Great organic Alto-Piemonte producer makes a small amount of this light, refreshing white that some believe has been cultivated there since before the Romans arrived. Crisp, fleshy and intense: peach, pear, guava and pineapple on the nose & palate, with white flowers and a firm mineral streak. Perhaps a bit too easy to drink.
