A blend of the classic Champagne grapes with 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, there is minimum of 24 months on the lees with a a clean style of macadamia nuts, lightning fresh lemon, crisp green apple and pears. A little light on its feet with spicy citrus and the appropriate amount of yeast. A much more affordable option to the high prices of the more famous sparkling region in France.
