Just about as "yummy" as a red wine can be. Grapes destemmed then fermented cool. Almost half the wine aged in new French oak for 6 months. Other half aged in tank. So juicy, smooth, medium/light bodied, floral (violets & lavender), and "friendly." One bottle ain't enough, Jack, better make it three.
