This is a wine that is made to be consumed in it youth. There is mouthwatering acidity which makes the fresh, vibrant fruit leap out of the glass. Tart apple, Bartlett pear, and a light nutty character from light lees aging. Bitter lemon and white stone fruits pair with the rocky/boulder like minerality. Staying true to its name: Amphibolite - a metamorphic stone generally formed from gabbro or basalt, with a high concentration of iron and magnesium.
