Pure Cabernet Franc from the clay soils off the coast of Tuscany produce a fresh and vibrant wine, aged in concrete and large neutral barrels. Violets, roses, red currants, red cherries, purple plums skins and lavender lead a fragrant nose with orange zest and light tobacco ushering in sticky tannins and acidity.
