Co-fermentation of Basque grapes Hondarribi Beltza (red) Hondarribi Zuri (white) for a lean, tense rosé from vines up to 150 years old, grown on sand and clay in northern Spain on the Bay of Biscay. Alcohol is just 11%, making the wine light, super crisp, fresh, and very typical of wines from the region. There are aromas of red apple, strawberry, and red plum, while the capture of some CO2 is captured at bottling to give it a natural spritz.
