Falcon Spirits started in Richmond California in 2011 and they released their first gin in 2013. This Amaro liqueuer is grain and Grape (brandy) based with California artichoke used at the peak of its flavor. Built with 25 local herbs, fruits, and flowers. Herbs include rhubarb, vanilla, allspice, licorice, and rosemary. Perfect for a Paper Plane.
