Amaras Logia Cenizo Mezcal Durango 700ml

The Cenizo agave is A. Durangensis from the state of Durango rather than the more popular Oaxaca.  Harvested at 14 years old and roasted using both mesquite and Huisache (Acacia), the result is a truly delicate expression of a rather unknown agave.  Sweet citrus, fresh cut grass and green coffee beans are highlighted by unique vanilla aromas.  Because the process is all done by hand from single agave, batch variation is to be expected.
