Alvaro Palacios Camins del Priorat 2023

From one of the most famous families in Spanish winemaking, the wine is composed of 40% Garnacha, 30% Samsó (Carignane), 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah grown in the schist soils north of Barcelona. A combination of estate vineyards and purchased grapes. A layered and well-structured Priorat with pretty floral aromas, crushed-raspberry, figs and fruit leather, as well as black tea. Medium bodied and ripe yet there are tight tannins and a long flavorful finish.
