Patagonia in southern Argentina is quite different from the rest of the country, with cold winds coming from the Antarctic. Pinot Noir is the focus, retaining its fresh acidity in the cooler climate – perfect for the production of rosé. This light, appealing, pale-colored pink wine has inviting floral aromas of roses and jasmine, with juicy redcurrants and some spicy ginger on the lingering finish.
