Alella "PB" Alta Alella DO 2018

From the small Alta Alella DO on the northern suburbs of Barcelona. The grape is Xareŀlo, locally called Pansa Blanca. This is a fresh, engaging, extremely approachable white, with aromas of green apples, jasmine, acacia, and white pepper followed by a subtly waxy texture that gives the wine a complex mouthfeel. Light-bodied and fresh, this is a good summer wine that’s ideal with salads and white fish.
