As the story goes… One of the most famous Northern Rhône winemakers rides his bike through Morocco, spots vines, inquires about them and makes a beautiful wine with his lifetime experience of working with some of the worlds best Syrah. Dark and dense with aromas that smell, well, organic.  Ripe and balanced, with plums and darks fruits, medium acid and dark chocalate.  Much of what is epxected from a Moroccan Syrah.
