Agrapart Experience 14 Champagne NV

A blend of the “têtes de cuvées” from 2019. The selection includes the best vines from Agrapart’s Avize vineyards (Les Champboutons) and Cramant (les Bionnes). The expression of the Avize and Cramant terroir is sought in this wine, where the chalky soil brings finesse and minerality. The alcohol level is natural and the first fermentation is done using indigenous yeast. Secondary fermentation is also done using indigenous yeast from the current harvest .
