The 2012 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Nature Vénus is sourced from the La Fosse aux Pourceaux plot that is located just behind the domaine and has been farmed by horse for more than 20 years. Very complex in every regard. Gently nutty notes permeate lemons, grapefruit and white and yellow peaches. The wine is intense, complex and almost rich on the palate, with a pristine finish.
