A big, rich wine, the 2009 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Minéral brings together the radiance and intensity of the vintage, with the freshness that is so typical of the Agrapart Champagnes. Almonds, pears, spices, mint and dried flowers are some of the notes that are laced into the finish. The Minéral emerges from old-vine parcels in the Champboutons and Les Bionnes lieux-dits. Dosage is 5 grams/liter. Disgorged: May 2015.
