100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côtes des Blancs from one of our favorite grower-producers. A blend of two vintages fermented with indigenous yeasts, the emphasis is on expressing the terroir of Champagne, rather than the winemaking. The result is the classiest champagne, lean, mineral, and precise with crisp acidity, integrated lees for weight and texture, and subtle aromas of lemon, lime, apple, and custard. Refined, complex, and unforgettable.
