Great Cotes des Blancs producer sources 7 vineyards (7 Crus) for this "entry level" Champagne. 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noirs. 85% Grand Cru. Half each 2011 (oak aged) and 2012 (barrel aged). 7 Grams/Liter dosage (barely Brut). Round and rather fleshy on the palate with vibrant citrus and orchard fruits. Has a "fresh" character from start to finish.
