Agnès Paquet is a hands-on winemaker, overseeing all parts of the production process from her headquarters in Auxey-Duresses, just northwest of Meursault. Light and bright with a beautiful tinge of flinty minerals provide the perfect backdrop to the fulsome fruit. Light and bright, showing orchard fruits, Meyer lemon and flaky pastry. Chalky acidity bulks up the finish with an abundance of energy that is both lasting and refreshing.
