Agnes Paquet Auxey-Duresses 2015

Vigneronne Agnes Paquet didn’t intend to make wine, but when her family decided to sell their plot in Auxey-Duresses she bought it herself and started a new career. 2 vineyards right next to each other, one 50 years old and one planted in 2001. Aged 12 months in French oak (15% new). The ripe ’15 vintage really shines here: fresh black cherry, raspberry and cranberry, black tea tannins and a white pepper note on the finish.
