Agave Rose Vineyards "Jack Quinn" Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2019

If you know the name Benoit Touquette, then you have a pretty good idea of what to expect from this wine. From a tiny vineyard on Zinfandel Lane planted by Jim Barbour back in 1999 the fruit is ripe and extracted with a supple and approachable quality. It’s fruity, almost voluptuous, but not too much so as those ripe black fruits are so well integrated with the grainy tannins and herby, spicy mouthfeel. Irresistible.
