Agave Rose Vineyards "Jack Quinn" Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2016

This is one of the smoothest, most approachable, and most tempting Cabernets in the shop – once hooked on this wine, we can guarantee you’ll be back for more. It’s made by Benoît Touquette from a tiny vineyard on Zinfandel Lane planted by Jim Barbour back in 1999. It’s fruity, almost voluptuous, but not too much so as those ripe black fruits are so well integrated with the grainy tannins and herby, spicy mouthfeel. Irresistible.
