100% Carricante from Centennial Vineyard in Northern Sonoma. At its best, Carricante produces age worthy white wines that exhibit intoxicating aromatics and complex rich fruit buttressed by outstanding acidity and intense minerality.  This exhibits all of those qualities with an oily lemon zest, thyme, marjoram, and lemon curd. The acidity is intense and powerful, but it held within reason due to the lightly oily texture and overall weight of the wine.
