Dessert Wines
Friday, November 8 from 5:00-8:00 PM
Dessert wines are generally sweet, they are made to complement sweet dishes so dry wines like Chablis or Cabernet don't work really well with pudding, cake or trifle.
Sweet wines are certainly not very fashionable but they remain unique classics. Being a Coca-Cola nation, we almost all started to explore wine through a sweetish prism and as our palate matured, we began to favor dry wines.
But as this array will prove, there's nothing wrong with a little sugar.
